Mengaku tidak pernah berkonflik malah membuat Rachel curiga kamu menghindar. Pilih satu contoh nyata: Last year, our lead developer and I disagreed about a launch date.

Rachel: Okay. What exactly was the disagreement about, and why did it matter?

Past perfect (had already announced) menunjukkan klien mengumumkan tanggal lebih dulu, dan Task-mu jelas: mencari kompromi.

Perhatikan tense dan to be: He wanted more time for testing because he was worried about bugs, but the client had already announced the date.

Menjelekkan rekan adalah red flag di interview. Jelaskan konfliknya secara netral: He wanted more time for testing, but the client had a fixed date.

Rachel: I see. So what did you actually do about it?

✓ I set up a one-on-one meeting, listened to his concerns, and proposed a phased launch.

Action yang konkret dengan urutan langkah yang jelas dan solusi kompromi (phased launch = peluncuran bertahap). Interviewer bisa membayangkan apa yang kamu lakukan.

Suggest diikuti -ing atau that, bukan to: I suggested launching the main features first.

Menjelekkan rekan di depan klien membuat Rachel ragu kamu bisa memimpin tim. Contoh Action yang baik: I set up a meeting and listened to his concerns.
